We stayed in Scarborough Maine and did not want to deal with parking on congress st so we tried the new location in South Portland. The pizza really lived up to its reputation. We ordered garlic and peppers it was crisp and done right.

We are big fans of OTTO and have eaten there several times. They now have a South Portland location as well as two in Portland. Last night we had the eggplant, ricotta and basil pie and it was amazing. Every pizza I have tried has been excellent. It rivals pizza we had while in Rome. The staff is always nice and prices are very fair. Good salads and drinks too.

We likely were a but old for this hipster rendition of pizza (cauliflower or potatoes are not typical pizza toppings), but were glad we made trek up from Portland Head Light lighthouse. The One Ways were a deterrent but since we are light eaters, each getting a single slice of already prepared (and heated to perfection) pie, it took no time at all. And at just $2.50/slice, was a most amazing and affordable lunch at under $10 for 2. (It helps I only drink water...ever). The crust was very crisp and flavorful. Yummy overall and while the place is tiny...we enjoyed a seat at the window to watch the chic hip urbanite Portlandians (who all wore sunglasses...on a cloudy day...and scarves artfully wrapped around their necks)...such hipsters! Great people watching!

We visited for a quick lunch and were thrilled. Caesar salads were crisp, cold, and had a nice lemony finish. The pizza was fabulous. Crust was the perfect blend if soft and fluffy with a nice crispness. They were not cheap with the fresh basil either... Our pepperoni, onion, ricotta was completely showered in fresh basil ribbons. The atmosphere us sparse and we were disappointed to see the bar completely empty...probably due to the Patriots playing and Otto not having a TV. We'll go back for sure...
