Our family stopped in Otto on 255 Congress Street after finding parking impossible up the street at the original Otto.
We had to wait about 25 minutes in an uncomfortable, elbow-to-elbow corridor that also was where the wait staff had to grab slices. So that sucked and kind of set a bad tone for the evening. That quickly subsided as the wait staff was remarkably attentive to our family in this uncomfortable environment as we waited, and then was even better during our meal.
We shared a few of slices (for variety) along with an apple/bacon pie and a tortellini pie. All were spectacular, and well worth the uncomfortable wait. This is a really, really good place to visit for a very special and different pizza experience. By the way, we are from CT and are very familiar with New Haven's Apizza Trio (Pepe, Sally, Modern) and Otto hangs with these three all day long.
