“The college kids really like it.”

This is a funky little spot - burgers, sandwiches, shakes, etc. The kids love it. It's funny and the decor is silly... the menu is pretty extensive. It's probably NOT on the foodie-tour, but it's fun.

“A Fun Stop in Portland”
Reviewed September 25, 2012

It's all been said before.. quirky, eclectic, a little bit of everything and good. This isn't top chef dining nor does it claim to be. This is a neighborhood joint that seems to be run by folks who truly care about the food, the place and the people. Definitely worth a stop when you are in Portland.

“Silly's - A Hidden Treasure in Portland”
Reviewed September 19, 2012

We have been several times and have not been disappointed. Their menu is eclectic and they are often filled to capacity because everything is so delicious and the dining area small. They have wonderful American classics like burgers and chicken fingers kicked up a notch, but I prefer their Mediterranean and vegan entrees which are uniquely made. But...we don't go to Silly's for their wonderful food, we go for their unbelievable ice cream shakes and their to die for cakes. They make regular and vegan cakes that are out of this world. Best cake I ever ate...and I am a cake freak. They have so many other delectable desserts too. Silly's is a must try when in Portland!

“Cool place”
Reviewed September 18, 2012 via mobile

I really enjoyed going here. I thought it was eclectic and a lot of fun. My boyfriend wasn't too crazy about it. Ps took me a long while to figure out that menus are in the lunch boxes. I'll save you the trouble of looking like a ding bat.

“Silly's is stupid good!”
Reviewed September 17, 2012

What a place! Plug the address into your GPS and go out of your way to eat here. There is truly something for everyone...gluten free, vegan, vegetarians, and even us carnivores! We had the buffalo fries, a slop bucket, a pizza, and a burger. It was all delicious. Because if a mix up/long wait we got dessert free--the princess cake is a triple layer fabulous concoction of strawberry swirled cake, buttercream, and coconut. Eat it up!!!
