“Horrible Experience- Would never return”
Reviewed April 1, 2013

Had made reservations which the staff was unable to find; The service was horrible; multiple servers came to our table looking where to deliver the food; overpriced;took an hour an a half to get burgers which were dry and the frys were hard and lukewarm; enviornment had random decorations with little to no theme; would not return even if the meal was free! Stay away and go to one of the many other places in the Old Port.

“Very nice small cozy dinner stop....but lunch might be better.”
Reviewed February 15, 2013

In Portland for a long weekend and since this is right around the corner figured we'd give it a try in Valentine's night. Was given a special menu for dinner but wasn't told we could order off the regular menu. The special selections were very fish oriented.....and I'm not a fish person.
My wife's salmon was good and my steak was good. Seems like this would be a great lunch stop. Temperature was very chilly and many patrons kept their coats on.
Service was nice and was attentive.

“Very Friendly!”
Reviewed February 8, 2013

Generally I rate places just on food but for this place I'd say it's best take away factor was the staff. When we sat down the owner was walking around with homemade whoopie pies that his wife had made. He stopped at every table and greeted everyone. The food was quick and decent. The prices were also logical for people on a budget. I'd suggest making a visit!

“Stick to the burgers.”
Reviewed February 2, 2013 via mobile

Good enough if you are looking for non-adventurous fare in a casual setting. The kids had good salad and pizza but we were disappointed with chicken confit and steak. The ugly light fixtures should have warned me that this is not the forward restaurant in otherwise hip Portland.

“Great infused vodkas”
Reviewed January 13, 2013

New owners of this old bar. They make great drinks and have many infused vodkas, gin, etc. Bartenders are very attentive and friendly. Give it a try.
