“Do Not Order the Nacho's!”

Pirates Patio and Galley

This looks like a great place! A pirate ship right on the beach with a little side yard with tables, picnic tables and a musician. You can hear the musician from the beach.

The service we received from Jackie was great. The beers were good. They have happy hour from 4-6 or 4-7. $1 Jello Shots, $2 Domestic, $3 Imports.

The problem I am afraid is the Nacho's. I am not sure where the cook is from. Here is a description of the nachos. Take a large baking pan, put tin foil on it. Pile chips about 10-12inches high. Throw on some shredded cheese, raw onions, pickled jalapenos, tomato's. Cook but not enough to melt the little bit of cheese on the top of the pile, pick the nachos up using the tin foil and place the whole thing on a plate and serve it up. It was absolutely gross and they should be ashamed to serve it. I saw a lot of people place the order and I saw a lot of people who only ate a little bit.

I am not sure how their other food is but based on the quality of the nacho's and the fact that the cook and or owner would allow that to come out of their kitchen, I would not eat anything at this place. It's great for drinks, especially for happy hour.

Cool little bar & grille with pub food and tasty drinks. Service was friendly and attentive. Very relaxed atmosphere with amazing views. The "patio" is literally picnic tables on the beach. No frills here but def worth a visit. Pizza and chicken tenders were excellent. Will definitely return!

Went there with the wife. This place has great drinks. It's has a cool atmosphere and nice ocean views. I would recommend trying the buffalo chicken and steak tips.

This place is cool. Small, great location. Beers are not too pricey. Sometimes I had to go to the bar to get beers, because service was slow. I like going here right at the beginning and end of season before everyone shows up. Always make a point to go here a couple times a year. Sometimes they have fires at night. Try it out.

Been to just about every eating & drinking establishment in the Old Orchard Beach area and hands down Pirate's Patio has the best atmosphere around. Personable and delightful employees and great outdoor seating practically right on the beach. Plus it looks like a boat from the outside. How cool is that? The steak tips and nachos were top notch and you got your moneys worth with drinks. Definitely a place you must hit up if you in the OOB area.
