Nellie Littlefield Inn and Spa was Perfect!!! The rooms are decorated so nice and cozy! We loved the main room with the fire place and couches and the breakfast room with the amazing morning buffet breakast! There was a variety of unique breakfast items to choose from. We also loved the video library to choose a dvd from with the flavored coffees! We had a beautiful suite which was amazing! It had 2 fireplaces and the best whirlpool jacuzzi tub! The warmth and charm of the room was perfect. We had a couples massage with fluffy robes which was also great! We got to eat dinner at 2 yummy places and both were great!!! We also had chocolate covered strawberries which were amazing! During the afternoon Tricia made yummy chocolate chip cookies and she was so friendly and helpful! She is the best! :) It was the perfect get away and we cannot wait to go back!!!!!!

We had an amazing time at the Nellie Littlefield. This was our first visit to this property, we will most definitely be back. Everything exceeded our expectations. We attended a wine dinner weekend that was wonderful.

Room Tip: We stayed in one of the king rooms which was beautiful. We were there during the major snow storm a...

The charm and warmth of this cozy little inn in the middle of Ogunquit is dwarfed by the total dedication of the staff of the Nellie Littlefield Inn and its sister properties to seeing to the comfort and care of the guests who visit with them. They are truly more like family than the owners and operators of a bed and breakfast. The wine tasting weekend was an experience to be savored, as it has been in the past. To echo the other comments on this board, Tricia is such a joy. To come to the breakfast room in the morning and be greeted by someone who obviously enjoys what she does as an innkeeper just magnifies the entire experience. This was our fourth visit to a Gazebo property and we're already looking forward to the next one.

Room Tip: Any room is a good room.

A jewel of a B & B in the center of Ogunquit, with easy access to the beach and the Marginal Way. A charming old house beautifully restored and modernized, with cozy, inviting rooms and lovely public spaces. Wonderful breakfasts, a romantic setting. Highly recommended. Excellent hosts.

Room Tip: It was fun to stay in the round room in the turret.

On New Years Eve my boyfriend and I stayed at the Nellie Littlefield Inn and Spa and had a great time. The hot tub, gym and room were wonderful. Eveything about this place is so nice and welcoming. I think the best part of our stay was the service. Our inkeeper was so welcoming, you would have thought we had known her for years. I will be recommending this place to our other family and friends and hope to come back next year!

Room Tip: great for couples!

The staff and amenities are first rate, as expected. Trish may be the best cook of any of the "Gazebo properties group" staff, and she seems to be able to cook, serve ,recommend attractions, etc, and do everything else--sometimes all at once-- without missing a beat or losing her smile.
Our suite was heated with 2 charming propane stoves, which added to the ambience of luxury bedding, a great matress, the wine cooler, the deep soaking tub, the window seat in the bedroom--the list goes on, The couch managed to be cushiony, completely comfortable and also easy to get out of.

In short, the rooms are so elegant and comfy that being snowed in is not a problem--there are good days when staying in is an option!
There are bottles of wine for sale, and they are as good as any other wines in the same price range range. The common rooms one with a fireplace, leave nothing to be desired.
And the downtown location means walking to the stores, many restaurants, the beach and the Marginal Way.

Plenty of positives and no negatives, there is nothing not to like.

Room Tip: We stayed in the JH Suite--third floor with private balcony and views in 3 directions. We alreay boo...

My wife and I have been celebrating our anniversary in Ogunquit for the past 10+ years. Our anniversary happens to fall right around Ogunquit's Christmas by the Sea, so it makes for an entertaining weekend. This year we decided to stay at the Nellie Littlefield Inn & Spa, and what a great decision we made. Let's start with the Inn Keeper/Inn Manager, Tricia. Tricia obviously takes a lot of pride in her work and strives to make her customers feel very welcome and comfortable. Tricia was very attentive to my wife and I, and all of the other guests as far as we could tell. She even brought my wife a nice hot cup of tea while my wife was enjoying the outdoor hot tub. That brings me to the Inn itself. Think small town quaint from the outside, but very modern, clean and ellegant on the inside. The Inn provides beautiful and very comfortable rooms, a strong guest wifi (great for my laptop and both of our iPhones), the hot tub, a steam room, a sauna, and a nicely equipped gym (I LOVED having the gym!). I'm sure there's more amenities that I'm forgetting to list, but these are the ones I used during our stay. And of course there was breakfast - one word, YUM, and GREAT coffee too.

We will definitely be heading back!
