“Great way to spend part of an Ogunquit vacation.”
Reviewed July 15, 2013 via mobile

We took the 1.5 hour Finestkind lighthouse cruise. It was a beautiful July day. We enjoyed the sights and hearing a little about the history and geography of the Maine coast. The woman staff person was incredibly kind to us. We had a one year old and she went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She brought my little one some oyster crackers to snack on and gave me a pack to take with us! The trip was just the right length of time.

“Fabulous trip”
Reviewed July 11, 2013

Made reservations for an hour and half cruise for the Nubble Lighthouse cruise. The staff was so knowledgable and attentive. They offer cold drinks and snacks which you can purchase for a nominal fee. You can choose to either sit out in the open or sit under the canopy which had some open windows to allow the beautiful sea air to circulate. We cruised down the coast from Ogunquit to the Nubble Lighthouse and all during the cruise our cruise director provided us with a informative narrative of the different areas. We arrived at the Nubble Lighthouse and cruised around to the sea side of it seeing a side that unless you are on a boat you would never see. It was lovely. The director gave us a history of the lighthouse which was very interesting. During our trip back they allowed some of the kids that were on the trip to go up and under the watchful eye of the Captain to steer the boat. It was a lovely time. Will go back sometime for the Lobster cruise.

“On the water is the best place to be”

During the heat wave in Maine, my wife and I took a boat tour out of Perkin's Cove. It was realxing and informative to see how they catch lobsters.

“Lobstah education”
Reviewed June 29, 2013

Our Florida family really enjoyed Captain Tom's very educational lobster tour. We were thrilled to see how the pros really do it. The captain and his first mate really taught us all the inner workings of lobstering. There is such a respect for doing things the right way to protect the fisheries there.

“Lighthouse Cruise is a Must”
Reviewed May 27, 2013

We had a great time on the Nubble lighthouse cruise. The staff aboard Finestkind were very knowledgeable & attentive. They even had blankets available for us. The views of Nubble lighthouse were awesome. It was great to be able to take pictures from various angles. The bar was fully stocked with liquor & bottled beer, they even had a couple draft beers to choose from. I would love to try the sunset cruise next for more amazing photo opportunities.
