Stayed here for a birthday weekend. Location is ideal for nature walks, dining, shopping and touring nearby towns. The Inn is comfortable and cozy. The hosts Scott and Peter are beyond gracious. Breakfasts are something to anticipate each morning. The rooms (barn suites in particular) are wonderful. This Inn raises the level of a brief trip to superb!

When looking for a "Special" B & B...Photos of Beautifully appointed rooms usually is key in choosing a location. The Gazebo Inn did not disappoint! From the moment we looked at their web site, we knew this is what we wanted! Since our trip was a last minute decision, availability was not great, but we were happy to at least stay for one night...and so happy we did! Owner, Scott, could not have been more gracious. In fact we were lucky enough to get a tour of his other location in town...knowing we had plans to return for a family wedding this coming fall. Anyone looking for a "romantic get away" would be thrilled at this special Inn. The luxurious bedding was memorable! We've been vacationing in Maine for years, and will most definitely return to one of Scotts B&Bs.

The Gazebo Inn is a wonderful, relaxing place to stay to experience all that Oqunquit has to offer. It is conveniently located to the beach, restaurants and shops downtown. Scott and Peter and staff are friendly and go out of their way to make sure your stay is special. The rooms are well-appointed and romantic, breakfast is delicious and the hot tub is so enjoyable after a busy day. We look forward to coming as often as we can .

Thank you for staying this past weekend in May and sharing your experience with Tripadvisor. It was a pleasure to host you again. We are so happy the huge hot tub outside has been such a draw to our Inn since we put it in back in 2011. We sure look forward to your next visit with us at the Gazebo.
Thank you
Scott

We absolutely *LOVED* our stay at Gazebo Inn in Ogunquit. We stayed here for 4 nights mid-May right after we got married and it was perfect in every single way. It had the perfect mix of luxury, a rustic nautical feel, and genuine hospitality/homeyness.

We stayed in Barn 3, which meant this trip had all fun and relaxing spa elements, including in-room jacuzzi, steam room, and fire place, as well as shared sauna, pool, and hot tub. But moreover, all the touches at this inn are clearly well thought out, charming, and oh-so-comfortable. The owner Scott has clearly remained very invested in the inn and is dedicated to ensuring guests are as comfortable and happy as possible. He is the perfect host - charming, thoughtful, and helpful, but also gives couples plenty of space. Additionally, he happens to be an INCREDIBLE chef - every morning he made us something slightly different and delicious for breakfast. We are foodies and can be tough to impress, so many kudos to Scott. Some of our favorites were french toast (with plenty of fresh fruit, homemade whipped cream, and local syrup), as well as his brie-whipped eggs and sautéed spinach. There was also a generous selection of high quality coffee, tea, homemade out-of-this-world-delicious scones, cereal, fresh bead, etc. always available.

Other touches:
- Delicious mints and aforementioned scones, always available at the bar.
- Plenty extra champagne glasses, wine glasses, mugs, wine keys, etc. to use throughout stay
- Beautiful common areas with rustic and nautical feel, including indoor bar and hang-out area with comfortable couches/table
- Huge hot tub and pool with patio lounge area outside
- Robes, extra towels, sunscreen, beach chairs, etc. always available to use
- Quick walk to a beautiful (!!) beach
- The friendliest nicest staff working at the inn. I have never trusted a hotel/inn staff so much and felt such positive vibes from ALL the employees
- Excellent on-premises massages. Aaron gave me the BEST massage I have ever had - the combination of a relaxing and therapeutic massage. Highly highly recommended.

In every single way, we had the most wonderful and perfect honeymoon stay at the Gazebo Inn. We have already begun recommending it to our family and friends, and we cannot wait to return for future anniversaries and romantic get-a-ways. Thank you, Scott, Peter, Aaron, and all the staff at the Gazebo Inn for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating honeymoon.

Thank you so much for staying with us on your special Honeymoon; it was a pleasure to have hosted you for this week in May. Thank you for taking the time to write such a great detailed review on TripAdvisor, it sure was a pleasure for all of our staff to read. Aaron was so happy to see the kind words about his massage, and the details on breakfast we sure appreciated. We look forward to many more anniversaries and romantic Get-a-ways as your hosts, all the best to you both in your new life together.

The Gazebo Inn, Ogunquit was a wonderfully romantic place to celebrate our anniversary. Our stay started off with some confusion with our reservation. Scott gracefully handled our error with an upgraded room. The thoughtfulness of details makes the inn a comfortable, relaxing getaway. From the complimentary robes, self-help bar amenities, including plasticware to enjoy champagne in the hot tub, to the quiet oasis of our room with a luxurious shower, the softest linens and even a sound machine, we could not have been more relaxed. The room had a flat screen tv and sound system, but we used neither. Nor did we use the double spa tub or the fireplace-but did I mention the shower? You'll wish you had it at home! Breakfast was delicious and filling. We truly can't wait to return. We have been put off by the idea of an inn or bed and breakfast from past experiences. Our experience at the Gazebo Inn has changed our perceptions completely. Scott was kind, friendly and gracious but also gave us plenty of privacy. It's clear he understands the art of hospitality. You will not be disappointed.

Room Tip: All the rooms are wonderful, but the barn suite was simply amazing!
