Inn Keepers Doug, Bob and Andy are very friendly and accomidating. The house is beautiful with many unique decorations. The room was very comfortable. Located in the middle of the Marginal Way, so walking toward Perkins Cove or Ogonquit Beach was easy. Breakfast both mornings was awesome. Very nice place to stay.

A beautiful home that the owners welcome you to share with them. A true B&B experience! Bob, Andy & Doug (owners) were just so pleasant and created an enjoyable atmosphere with their outgoing personalities and meticulous attention to detail in their rooms. After enjoying a delicious breakfast on their open, wrap around porch overlooking the ocean, we took a walk on Marginal Way which is a paved cliff walk along the ocean. It's only steps away from the house and is perfectly located at about the halfway point between Perkins Cove and downtown. You get quiet solitude within walking minutes of the hot spots... Want ideas on what to do when you get there? Just ask and your hosts will give you dozens of recommendations. We stayed four days and are planning on a week in the spring!

We are return guests at Rockmere Lodge. The location on the Marginal Way is perfect and the hosts are personable and friendly. Breakfasts are gourmet quality and the hospitality is even better. The Ogunquit Playhouse always is a 'must see' and this year was no different. Spamalot was Broadway quality.See you next year!

Nice, quiet, clean rooms! Perfect location, just park your car and walk everywhere. Ocean views were fabulous, especially from the bed! Entertainig hosts kept the conversation going throughtout breakfast; which was very filling and delicious. Loved meeting others guests and the four-legged kids. Gardens and gazebos made for a nice relaxing place for our cocktail hour. They also provided beach chairs, towels, umbrella. Thanks again.

Spent two nights there over busy August weekend. Location is absolutely perfect, right on the water and smack dab in the middle of the Marginal Way...10' walk to the shops in downtown. Our room on the top floor was very pretty, clean, comfortable, with great view out to ocean. Inn keepers (all three of them) were very friendly and helpful.

Only suggestions to make it even better -- breakfasts could be a little more interesting (didn't love the american cheese omlette or the cremora for the coffee, but fresh fruit was nice and pancakes were yummy); Something outside -- an air conditioning unit maybe (possibly at the neighbors house?) -- somewhat drowns out the sound of the waves at night. It's not a bad sound -- white noise that actually helps you sleep -- but would have liked to hear the waves better. Of course, it's possible that if it was turned off, I might complain about the hot rooms, so I guess it's worth the tradeoff.

All-in-all, a very pleasant experience and I would stay there again.
