On our last night in Ogunquit the family felt like having pizza, and we ended up at Pizza Napoli, what a great decision, the parking lot was full so we knew it must be good! The pizzas are thin crust, and with fresh ingredients. I ordered the margherita pizza, and my husband had the supremo (with Italian sausage which was done to perfection) Our 15yr old son had the meatball sub, which comes with a marinara sauce which tastes like our homemade pizza sauce that we make in the fall, very impressive! And our younger son had a white pizza but had pepperoni added to it. Our waitress Donna made sure he still wanted the garlic on his white pizza, she was very attentive to our teen boys, and even made them laugh, not an easy feat for teens! She said the meatball sub was 'outta this world' and she was right. I wanted to try the homemade cannoli for dessert and she said all the desserts are to die for and judging by the cannoli this is also true. Will definitely go back next time we're in Maine!

Comfortable, relaxed atmosphere with delicious upscale food and wonderful brick oven pizza. A restaurant that both children and adults can enjoy. A positive, friendly staff (Donna) topped off the great meal. We will be back:)

We showed up at about 4:30 PM with our family of 10, including a 4 and a 6 year old. We were seated right away on the outdoor deck where we dined alone. Service was prompt and friendly. We felt right at home. The pizza was wonderful as were the desserts.

Excellent food, great service. Our waitress, Anneliese, was phenomenal. I think she deserves a good pat on the back and a raise to boot. Great thin crust pizza, will definitely return soon.

What should have been a quick one hour car ride, ended up being almost two hours with car accidents and heavy traffic being the cause for the long travel time. After checking in and unloading the car, we went on a search for food and found Pizza Napoli on Main Street in Ogunquit, Maine. Donna, our server, was very welcoming and friendly. She told us all about the menu - how the pizza they serve there has a real thin crust, and the small 12" is really perfect for one person. She explained the toppings and how "really you can have it anyway you want". After getting our drinks (the fresh-brewed iced tea is fabulous), she patiently waited for the food order. K and I shared a large Margherita and M had small Napoli. I have to tell you that part of our conversation while waiting was thinking that any left-over could be taken back to our room and saved for a late night snack. There were no left-overs. K, teenage female, ate 4 very large pieces rather quickly, "it's really good!" We ate outdoors on the covered deck; the breeze was just enough to take away the heat of the day. Afterwards, we asked for recommendations for dinner in the Ogunquit/Wells area and Donna generously allowed us to browse through a local publication of local restaurants and their menus. We took her up on her recommendations and they were spot on. Everything was excellent, though there was just one minor hiccup. Seconds after Donna arrived with our pizzas, a person who appeared to be the chef came by the table and asked us, "How is everything?" Two out of three of us just took their very first bite and the third was just about to start eating. He asked a little too early in the dining experience, but one could tell he was very passionate and proud of his pizzas. We plan on going back later in the summer and will make Pizza Napoli the place to go to for excellent and affordable pizza.
