Stayed once again at the Island Inn . The rooms are slightly better maintained, comforters and linens better than previous years. The place is cleaner. It is simple and comfortable on a beautiful quiet island. Public spaces to hang around are simple and nice. Staff is eager and helpful.
Breakfast is included and, sadly gone down hill. What happened to the lovely big fluffy blueberry pancakes with real maple syrup? You ask for pancakes and you get two silver dollar size flavorless probably packet pancakes and log cabin or its ilk syrup. No. At these prices think you should spend the 50 cents to have people gush about real blueberry pancakes and maple syrup...you could even sell the syrup to recoup? Overall, happy camper. Put please bring the yummy pancakes back!More
