Friendly servers and generous portions! The lobster rolls are packed with delicious meat. Now they have a walk-up window for ice cream. Yummy!

“tasty sandwiches”
Reviewed September 1, 2014

this restaurant is very quaint and tastefully decorated. the food is good & fresh. the menu is limited, mostly sandwiches. i ordered the fish sandwich & it was very good instead of fries i opted for a salad & it was an extra $3. there are no other substitutions for fries that was a big disappointment. my family had the pulled turkey & they enjoyed it. the place closes @ 8pm but most restaurants close @ 8. no lobster dinners here, really no dinners, very casual.

“Fisherman's Wife Cafe, Milbridge, Maine”
Reviewed August 19, 2014

A wonderful little cafe right off of Route 1 in Milbridge, Maine. She is truly a Fisherman's wife and he catches the lobster and fish she serves. The owner is a young gal who does all her own cooking from scratch offering homemade pies and deserts, and the iced tea is homemade. Her lobster rolls are the best and you won't want to miss having one. If you are traveling through Milbridge it is worth your while to stop, even if you are from nearby it is worth stopping…..……..and the price is so right, in fact I have commented she charges too little. Safe travels and I can highly recommend the "Fisherman's Wife Cafe" and hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

“Great fried fish!”
Reviewed August 5, 2014 via mobile

The haddock sandwich and the fish&chips were cooked to absolute perfection. Best we ever had by a long shot. We will make the drive again.

Great little stop after the puffin cruise out of Millbridge. Great fish and chips! Small and quiet. Would recommend if you are looking for a good cafe lunch
