It's soo good to see this establishment open again and under great management now. The sign out front is for real - yes the lobster roll is $5.00 every day. I walk the bridge all the time and it's just so hard to walk past and not go in for a lobster roll. Take it out to an event at Prescott Park or sit in the chairs outdoors and enjoy the water view. I love the haddock sandwich here too - always fresh and and just the right size in my opinion and at a great value price.

We were planning on going to another restaurant but could not find parking. This place was a bit out of the way but we were glad we found it! We found the people very friendly and helpful. Service was fast and they kept returning to see how we were doing. Very pretty outside view at picnic tables. We found the prices very reasonable compared to other places we had been. Liked how the seafood chowder, fries and slaw all came with lobster dinner. Not a big lobster but plenty with all the trimmings.

Well gave them a shot looking for some good clams close to home.
Have been traveling to Ipswich Ma for the best. Came up empty here.
When walking in you swear you left New England and wern't where you thought you were going.
Nice little place but the Clams I was looking for are not here.
Over cooked and rubbery... Sorry...........

We drove into parking lot and it was empty at 5:30 pm. Hmmmm. Were the reviews rigged? Well they did have a 5 dollar lobster roll, very good for the price. Fried clams were very good also, but I thought there may have been more. We tried the seafood chowder. Pretty good, but I think the base was corn starch, not flour. All in all a good meal.

From the lobster roll, clam strips, fried haddock to the fried shrimp, all were excellent; a stuffed lobster roll and a NOT heavy or greasy batter on the fried food.....different from many other places! The owner also came around and spent time with us, chatting of their history and their plans...very friendly and welcoming. A great view also if you choose to sit outside on Adirondack chairs and/or the picnic tables. (Psssssst ......I think the clams were better than the highly acclaimed Bob's Clam Shack in Kittery). Even our picky California guest said if he lived here he would be a frequent customer. We'll be back!
