Just completed the wood fired pizza class last Friday with my husband and 3 very nice people from Florida. Jill and Valerie, along with dog Oliver, were extremely welcoming. If you are thinking of taking one of Jill’s classes, do it. We learned so much, food and recipes were delicious, and Jill’s knowledge and instruction unbeatable. The preparation and instruction ran like a well oiled machine. All was done in the perfect setting of their beautiful home. Had a wonderful time.

Fantastic event! Brought our company sales group for team building at Jillyanna’s and had the best Pizza, salad and homemade ice cream! They helped us make homemade pesto that was to die for! Highly recommend!

If you ever wanted to learn how real food is made, jillyannas will show you how. Perfect for a group, they show you the whole process and let you taste the fruit of your labor. We went as a small business group and had a blast! Highly recommended.

Arrived on a cool Maine evening. Wood fired grill was fired up -big green egg was ready
to cook the turkey and stuffing and scalloped potato casserole . Preparation of a savory duck breast was demonstrated and taste tested while cranberry relish and mesclun salad with pomegranate was prepared by the class- salad finished with a cherry vinaigrette. we came away -making new friends, learning cooking techniques and enjoying a fine dinner. A destination for us in the future. Could not have been better. Oh and the stuffed mushrooms and braised brussel sprouts with prosciutto AND so much fun.

Jillyanna's was a great fun night! Met lots of new people and had a lot of fun trading notes, ideas and experiences. I think there is a little bit of something for everyone from the novice to the experienced! Nice indoor and outdoor kitchen set-ups! I would love to replicate the outdoor brick oven!

Hope we get to do it again sometime in the future when we are back in New England!
