My daughter & I spent 3 days in Maine on a culinary trip consisting of foodie tours & a cooking class. Jillyanna's brunch class was the highlight. Jill is warm & engaging, teaching us little tips and encouraging us dig in up to our elbows. She created a lovely breakfast pizza & sausages in the wood fired oven & invited us to help with the buttermilk biscuits & strawberry butter, jewel salad, softly scrambled eggs & lumberjack cake. She also gave us a lesson in making great coffee. We learned a lot while having fun. And you won't go home hungry.
