Description: THE place to go when you are thinking of dining at a waterfront restaurant in Kennebunk, Maine. Our customers sing our praises better and more effectively that we could. Read our Tripadvisor reviews and decide for yourself. "We decided to try someplace new during our annual trip to the Kennebunks. We were impressed right away with the beautiful water views and the friendly staff. We stopped by the patio firepit overlooking the water for a cocktail before dinner, and saw a beautiful sunset. We then moved inside to the cozy dining room. We loved the menu, including some unusual items like the sushi and the lobster flatbread, which we had as appetizers. Both were excellent and quite a bargain. Main courses were also excellent. Everything was so good that we returned for brunch (blueberry buttermilk pancakes) the next day, which were also great."

Lobster pizza? yes please? Stuffed lobster with shrimp and scallops? I'll take two! Coupled with fun drinks and a patio seat, this was one of our favorite spots on our trip.

The good: Great, albeit expensive, lobster flatbread. Great location. Full on bar. Dope looking bathrooms.

Everything else: Average service, so-so menu, totally a tourist trap.

Nice sunny terrace for sunday brunch. Very nice staff and drinks. Eggs benedict and lobster omelette ok but somewhat plain tasting for the price..

My wife and I stopped by Tia's to check it out on 8/4 after a day at the beach. It was near 6pm and Happy Hour was almost over. We decided to have a drink and look over the menu. We approached the hostess and we asked if it was still Happy Hour (yes). She then asked if we were just going to have a drink. We said yes. She then said we needed to have a reservation. Very interesting that before we mentioned just having a drink, nothing was said about needing a reservation. We looked around and saw three open tables. We decided to take our business (and meal) elsewhere.
