“weekend getaway”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 5, 2013

Only an hour and a half away,(from Boston) this easy to get to spot offers sea side charm, relaxed atmosphere, and beautiful long walks on at least three different beaches.Plenty of places to choose from to eat; from clam shacks, to four star restaurants.
And if you decide to stay the night, or drive back to Boston, there are numerous places to stay along the way.

“Kennebunkport Beach ROCKS!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 25, 2013

If you ever get a chance to look for a small quiet beach in Maine - especially - just after the season - this is the beach to go to. After September 15th you can park and enjoy this gem. We sat for 2 to 3 hours and watched the tide go out. Portable toilets helped us empty contents that made us feel refreshed and giggly. Laughter was the rule of the day when we met another couple from Michigan. Hilarious and joyful. Eye candy included bikinis and cute kids playing in the surf. And all told - a wonderful time!

Again - Kennebunkport Beach ROCKS! ROCK ON!

“Sandy Beaches in Maine, Who Knew?”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 16, 2013

Although the water temp was far too cold for us, the beach was still a great destination with its wide expanse of sand and pounding waves..

“Great Beach”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 15, 2013

Great place to walk and relax. There are areas for children to play, walk your dog, some quit areas by the rocks to read. Just great!
