If you have a hankering for ice ream while in Greenville, this is the place to go. They have both soft ice cream, which is delicious and Gifford's hard ice cream, which is awesome. There are lots of flavor choices for the Giffords.

If you've been to Greenville then you know the Dairy Bar... If you have not then make a plan to stop in here... Grab some ice cream, a burger (which I love) walk across to the water and enjoy one of the quaintest little touristy towns in New England... Greenville is as much the Dairy Bar as the Dairy Bar is Greenville... For those of us who have summered here 'forever" a trip to the Dairy bar lets you close your eyes and remember times when all was right in the world; Sanders Store had the payphone of choice, the A&P was rocking and you could pick up your mail general deliver after getting a blueberry ice-cream at the old post office. May the Dairy Bar never change!

Although there was a long line. Every time you go by there's a line and now I know why. Great food at a wonderful value

We visit Maine to hit the ATV trails. The Dairy Restaurant is a great place to stop for ice cream as we make our way through Greenville to the B52 crash site. We are able to park our vehicles in the parking lot next to the Dairy Restaurant, grab some ice cream, and enjoy our treat on the picnic tables beside the building.

Easy to find in center of Greenville. Look for the queue perhaps onto the street. Look for the families, teens and oldsters licking their lips in anticipation of the treat to come. Good ice cream generously large.
