The Oxford House Inn was a wonderful respite. We visited for a short getaway. The food was excellent. The Inn offers both casual and more formal dining options. We sampled both and both were great. The innkeepers were friendly and helpful without being obtrusive. The Inn is very clean and well-maintained. We will definitely visit again.

We stay at this B&B a few times a year. It's the best place to stay close to North Conway shopping and the best B&B in Fryeburg Maine.

The breakfast's are amazing! The owner is a chef so you could just imagine! There is a main dining room on the main floor and a pub in the basement. We eat in the pub everytime we go there. The onion rings are out of this world! You must try them! The burgers are great and so is the steak and fries. The pub is a cozy and comfortable place and beautifully decorated. They have a good variety of wine and beer and cocktails. You must make a reservation because it fills up fast with visitors and locals in the area.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The owners are so sweet and helpful with any questions you have. They go out of their way to help you and their dogs are so cute and friendly :-)

We will be returning again this coming July and many more years to come.

The inn keepers are truly invested in the Oxford House Inn and went out of their way to provide my wife & me with the best service possible. High points:

- A generously portioned and delicious breakfast with a menu that changed each day we were there.
- Clean and nicely appointed rooms. We stayed in the "porch" room. King sized bed, flat panel TV, whirl-pool bath, and a comfortable sitting room with plenty of natural light.
- Knowledge of the area. My wife and I are hikers and the inn keepers provided us with a list of their favorite hikes.
- A fantastic dinner. We ate downstairs in "Jonathan's". While it doesn't have the same view one would get upstairs, it's a cozy, tastefully decorated place to enjoy a cocktail during the cold winter months. Oh, and the food is top notch!

We plan to return in the summer. What a great place!

My husband and I spent a relaxing cozy weekend at the Oxford Inn with great food and great company. The area has lots to offer with hiking and winter sports. The owners were amazing at helping us plan our weekend. We expected a fabulous dinner (which we had) but the fantastic breakfasts were an added bonus. We are looking forward to going back in the summer.

Great little inn with beautiful backdrop of New Hampshires White Mountains.
We were greeted by the very pleasant hostess and two animated and
very friendly "inn dogs". The downstairs is in the very stately Mission style, and
our room on the backside offered us a view of rolling farmlands and the White
Mountains. The building was designed by John Calvin Stevens, and I would
best describe it as "scaled back elegance".
We were quartered in "The Sewing Room" and were quite cozy. The morning
breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and sometime we will return to dine
off of the dinner menu. I have read rave reviews of the restuarant there.
I would return there anytime!!
