We have been 3 times in the last few years (twice with Timber Tina there, but not this last time). My kids (8,10) loved the show. The jokes are corny, but it is fun. They have he kids come up to do their own sawing. If you are looking for a fun family outing away from Bar Harbor, Tina Timber's is a great option.

We think the idea of this show is ok but there was so much down time and the humour was sooooooooo bad. Pricing was ok at $11 per adult but we don't think you get your money's worth.

Patty was the MC the night we were there and she was also in the show as a member of the red team. This meant every time she had to participate in an event, the microphone went quiet.

They do try to involve children in the show but at one point, Patty went into the change room to change into her shorts for the log rolling competition and the other three lumber jacks and Jill asked if anyone had any questions for them. We thought we were going to be entertained for the evening.

We thought maybe the kids were enjoying it more than us but there was an 11 year old boy sitting beside me and I heard him say "lame" several times.

The show is held off the road in the trees. Be prepared for mosquitos. There is bleacher seating which is probably ok for kids but the lack of back support is missed by adults. Washrooms, yes, port-a-potties.

With everything Maine has to offer, we think this is one experience it would be ok to miss.

I brought my 6 & 11 year nephews to the Lumberjack Show and had a great time! They loved the interaction and variety of things the Lumberjacks and Lumberjills could do. We also enjoyed the snack bar where we each had an individual popcorn and drink for under ten dollars! The gift shop was fantastic with wonderful Maine goods and old fashioned toys and games. We are Maine natives and will definitely return, this time with the rest of the family!

Timber Tina was non existent in the show we saw tonight. The website misrepresented the show. The flyer was inaccurate. The jokes were quite lame.

We visited on a Sunday night and the crowd was small - about 20 people. Initially, I was disappointed to see that Tina wasn't there, but the other lumberjill who acted as mistress of ceremonies did a great job. We enjoyed the show and learned some interesting lumberjack facts. Who knew that many colleges have competitive woodsman teams? And the kids loved the chance to go up and give the cross cut sawing a try. The small crowd really allowed us to interact with the lumber jacks and jills. If you have small children with you, be warned, the competition chainsaws are very loud and could scare the young ones. At one point in the show, Blake was showing his skill carving logs with the chainsaw, and he made a small chair. When he completed it, he walked over to my 1 1/2 year old niece and presented it to her. Nice touch! Our only disappointment was that they didn't climb those giant poles. Overall, a great show and very fun for everyone. The price was very reasonable. I'd recommend this show.
