Gasthof Failler - "Zum goldenen Lamm"
Ranked #1 of 2 Restaurants in Drosendorf

Delicious food and very atmospheric restaurant rooms in this more than 300 years old tavern/restaurant/hotel is very impressiv.
They also have a 30 years old cinema and other cultural activities.

Visit this place!

We actually stayed in the Hotel, and ate in the Restaurant cos of the days. The staff is very friendly. The best waiter ever. The restaurant was quite full everyday. The only thing is that the meal options do not change much between days, but not a problem. The salad with goat cheese was very good. The portion of the meals are ok, more than average in the area. On Thursday night they had a very nice Grill and Cocktail day, and the place was full. 100% recommended for every meal.

We had a very nice evening at the place, outdoor with a beautiful view. The staff was very friendly and observant and everything was good, except that the food was just medium/standard. We had a little higher expectations. But the atmosphere was really good so we can recommend the place.

This is a nice place, the staff is friendly and is serving you well. They value the customers, no doubt.
But the menu is limited and is representing local cuisine.
Beer was very fresh.
I would there again, but for special events with incoming chefs from other places.

We made just a short stop here on our way back to the Czech Republic. The staff was very kind and they speak English. The food was great, if we take into account the price. No complains there. If you can, go back to the garden, there is a nice view to the countryside.
