The food was absolutely wonderful however, the staff appeared to be annoyed with our presence. From the time we entered and said our name and reservation we were greeted as if we were pests. We sat at our table for 5 minutes before the waitress appeared, our water glasses were not filled until a good 10 minutes after we were seated. When our entrees were delivered they were place in front of us and the waitress whipped around to the table behind us and said, "Have you decided."
We received three separate bills, two were wrong, and a woman, perhaps the manager asked for the credit card again, but offered no apology or even 'how about a coffee for your troubles.'
I think the clientele suffers through this sort of customer service because they feel the joint is very chic and cool and crunchy - bad service isn't chic or cool people.
I won't go back and I really really loved the food. Sad.
