This is such a nice little spot to view Camden Harbor and the Curtis Island Light. There are really only a couple of parking spots on Bayview and a short path to the view and a bench. When we were there two other couples came by. It certainly is not a place to be over run with people.

Kayaked to Curtis Island on rented kayaks, and this small island and town park was terrific. There is a beautiful lighthouse and views, and even a rope swing to try! Great place to stop or tour

We kayaked around this little island and heard the story of the lighthouse keeper. Such a great story and a beautiful
view from the water. No running water or electricity out there apparently.

We kayaked from Camden harbor to the island, then hiked across the island to the lighthouse. The keeper was so nice and let us climb the lighthouse and even showed us inside the keeper house, sharing in the history of the lighthouse. Great visit.

this lighthouse is on a small island right at the mouth of Camden harbor. You can get to the island only by a small boat (a kayak or slightly bigger).

The island itself is a great mix - going from a small beach to dense green coniferous patches, to rocky shores. There are some trails to explore the island.

The lighthouse provides excellent views of the bay, as well as of the hills behind the town. Good to spend 1-2 hours here

The island is owned by the town...
