Decent food, decently served but not special. Service during our winter visit was stretched thin. Nice kids, working hard but not enough of them. The food was decently prepared. Not imaginative or stylish, but decent. Passes the time, meets the need. Clean and ready to serve.

Went during a recent snowstorm so the place was pretty empty. Everything was wonderful. Our waitress was attentive and the food was great. The food can seem a little pricey, but there are lower cost options also. We would definitely go back.

My husband and I stopped in to Ott's for a drink on New Year's Eve. They were terribly understaffed- or at least it appeared so. There were several seats at the bar- the service was just horrific and the one bartender was clearly frustrated. Perhaps this is not a good evening to review a restaurant- however, they should have been more prepared for a busy evening. I couldn't get her attention to order a glass of wine- my husband and I shared his drink and left.

The chef at Peter Ott's is top drawer. The food is absolutely delicious. Had the bacon wrapped scallops which were succulent, followed by surf & turf and crap topped haddock. Both meals were fantastic and the service was fine. The only negative is the tired appearance of the place. It could use some updating inside, but other than that it's a very good restaurant and we will definitely be back.
