Nice atmosphere. I had the salad bar which was good, husband had the ribeye. Decent service. We would return again.

“Very accommodating.”
Reviewed October 6, 2012

We arrived in Camden late in the evening as restaurants were closing. We stuck our heads into a couple of places that were obviously in closing mode. The hostess at Ott's said they too were closing the kitchen soon, but we were shown to a perfect window table in the bustling bar. The menu is simple, but the food is super fresh. Even though this is billed as a steakhouse, their seafood is great. I had haddock with lobster pieces ( which meant a claw and half a tail) and my wife had the lobster mac and cheese. The wine list is eclectic, but the description of the wine I chose was spot on. We then had a dessert of steaming ginger bread, side of vanilla ice cream, all drizzled with caramel sauce! Our waitress/bartender was great. This is palace where the locals go, and for good reason

Good food, nice atmosphere, good service. Had to wait some time to be seated as it was very busy and we didn't make a reservation - but worth the wait.

“Thoroughly enjoyable!”
Reviewed October 2, 2012

I can't tell you how many times we have walked past this restaurant while in Camden in favor of dining at one of the 'waterfront' eateries. Never again! We had a great dinner in here one rainy Saturday evening, and it was enjoyable sitting by the fireplace in the bar. Delightful bartender/waitress who was eager to please us. We'll be back!

“Always a hit”
Reviewed October 1, 2012

Whenever we visit Camden, Peter Ott's is on our "must do" list, and we were not disappointed on this visit.

It has the best salad bar in town (at least that we have seen), excellent soups, very good service, and a comprehensive menu - each of our family members is able to find something to his/her taste and we all enjoy it.

There are other restaurants in Camden that have more sophisticated food; however, Peter Ott's is very pleasant and consistent, and the experience is a winner.

We will definitely keep it on our top list of places to eat in Camden.
