Cappy's orig. has been sold - new owners took over older restr. next door to orig. Cappy's. Orig place was closed for "cleaning". New place is awesome looking, food a bit more pricey, but excellent. Waiter Frank was put thru his paces, but did a fine job.

Went with a group of friends and had a fun good meal. Service for 11 of us was perfect and the view of the water was perfect. I had lobster Mac and cheese and salad and hubby had clam chowder and salad. Their house dressing best ever-had to buy a few bottles!!! It is a fun place for a super seafood meal. Will be back

The strawberry rhubarb pie was incredible but the rest of the meal was just average. Not great, not bad. Generous portion and pretty good service. Nothing to rave about but wouldn't mind eating here again in a pinch.

They have a little of everything & the staff is always friendly. At least when we've gone it was a little on the noisy side & this is a touristy & busy little town.

My girlfriend and I ate at Cappy's for lunch. We split a bowl of haddock chowder, which was delicious. It had big chunks of potato in it and little bits of haddock and bacon in a delicious creamy broth, definitely recommend one of their chowders.
I had the lobster tacos which were delicious. Mostly tail meat, but there was a little claw meat mixed in too. The homemade jalapeno sauce was great, the perfect amount of spice and flavor to complement the lobster, and the portion size was just right.
My girlfriend had the lobster mac and cheese. It was delicious but could have used a little bit more lobster. It was a baked mac and cheese and the crumb topping completed the meal.
I had a strawberry rhubarb pie for dessert and she had creme brule. Both were delicious!
The waitstaff was friendly and prompt and the food was very good. The dining area was pretty crowded and cramped, but not uncomfortably so.
All in all, Cappys was a great place to stop for lunch and I would definitely come back. It was a little on the pricier side, but most everything in Camden is.
