This is at Camden Hills State Park. Do yourself a favor and go here when the weather is nice. You can drive to the top or if you are adventures and able, climb up! The views from the well maintained top are outstanding. There is a beautiful stone tower you can climb. We went during an amazing sunset and a fantastic full moon rise. Plenty of space to picnic or relax. Take the time to relax and enjoy the view. Expect to take tons of photos!

Don't forget to visit Mount Battie. I suggest taking a picnic to sit on the rocks in front of that gorgeous view. You won't be disappointed. Some hike up, that takes good endurance. Others, like myself, drive to the top. You can see forever, and the Camden Harbor is precious from above. All the paintings you see in the galleries, now you can see the view from the artists' eyes.

Wow, on a sunny day this is the spot to see everything. Loved hiking up the little tower.Great photographs from every direction. Binoculars are a necessity here.

We thought it was going to be a simple stroll through the state park. Little did we know, we chose the trail that goes up and up and up and up!!! Thankfully we are two young, adventurous newlyweds who enjoyed the sweat and pounding muscles!

It was beautiful once you reached the top, and lovely all the way up!
