My church did a mission trip and used this inn. It was a wonderful place to stay. Good clean rooms. They offered a free breakfast. Not a full breakfast but funtional. Clean towels were always given when asked for. We stayed for 3 nights and I would definitely stay there again.

Room Tip: No pools or fitness room.

My family of five stayed here for one night as we were attending the Highland games held in neighboring Topsham (the hotel is about a little more than a five minute drive from the Topsham fairgrounds). The staff at the front desk were helpful and couteous. The room was dated with older models of televisions though they have lots of channels available via satellite. The bedding was very clean as were the towels (nice and fluffly too!). The mattress on the sofa bed was very old and should probably be replaced. The room had a separate bedroom with a double bed and the fairly large main room had a double bed and sofabed. The bathroom was large with a bathtub. A nice little hotel and we will stay there again when visiting the area. The breakfast area was a bit small (at the lobby) but we brought our breakfast back to our room. The rooms are situated around a court and it is more like a motor-in (rooms open tooutside not a hallway) although some rooms are upstairs. We found it very quiet. Old-fashioned perhaps but a good deal and a quiet and clean place to stay.

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) stayed here on our way to Acadia. Called at least 20 hotels before we found one with availability for 1 night. AC had not been on so the room was very warm. Staff came and looked at unit when, after an hour, the temp was still the same. Ended up being that we didn't know how to work the AC. Comfortable beds and pillows! The smell in our room was that of a cinnamon apple air freshener. Breakfast was basic but enough for us. Overall, great stay for the price!

We stayed at this location for one night. Our room was perfect. It was quiet (we requested a room away from the road), clean, and comfortable. The bathroom fan was VERY loud and the arm on a chair was broken, but neither of these issues were a big problem. We loved having a fridge in our room. It has an older TV and the decor is a bit dated, but again, it didn't matter to us. If we were looking for a place to vacation for a week, this would not be it. For long-term stays we like a few more creature comforts (like a pool) but for one or two nights, this was excellent. The management was very friendly, continental breakfast was ok (banana nut muffins were great!), and we had everything we needed. Can't beat the price. We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

This location is convenient to Freeport, but it it VERY difficult, at times, to pull out onto Route 1.

Room Tip: Ask for one away from the road so you don't hear the traffic.
