“Different and yummy”
Reviewed July 16, 2014 via mobile

When you're done with lobster rolls and heavy fried seafood...head to the gastropub for something different, fresh and yummy. Food cooked with passion and creativity. Great fries and great selection of flavors...i Loved the grilled corn and the brisket. Nice people. Try it.

“Uniqe food and location”
Reviewed July 13, 2014

Don't be put off by the fact that this is a real gastro pub - it has working gas pumps!
The inside is clean and simple but the food is anything but simple. Great smoked meat sandwiches and you MUST get the Elote - grilled corn on the cob in small pieces and slathered with a terrific sauce. This was really terrific. All the food is interesting and tasty. The "fried fruit pie" was light and delicious.

Don't miss this place - most unique food in Bridgton!!!

“Not For Me”
Reviewed May 22, 2014

Decided to try this place out as we live fairly close. I decided on standard gastropub burger, and my wife the mac and cheese, and Belgian style fries. I asked for the burger medium rare, and the waitress said no problem. The $9.00 double burger arrived well done, and was quite small and nothing special. The fries were very good. The mac and cheese was served in a small canning jar (12 oz. ?) which was a fairly small serving, and was rather bland. I had a 12 oz. can of hard cider which was $6.00 They have many beers and ciders on display in a locked case and you can't see the prices. The prices are fairly high for the area and servings smallish.

“So Good!”
Reviewed April 16, 2014

Just finished another great meal here. The food is always excellent you can tell these guys understand food. The waitress was so knowledgable and sweet. To the person who said these reviews are stacked , i say we do not know personally anyone associated with this restaurant and perhaps you are so accustomed to a restaurant that works in volume instead of quality.

“Slightly weird but good enough”
Reviewed April 16, 2014

Being rated #1 in Bridgton says more about the rest of Bridgton's restaurants than about this place. Zillions of beers all locked so server has to fetch them; limits curiosity and chances of returning. Very limited menu; significantly overpriced for a gas station. Cute minimal decor, could use more light. Kitchen clutter randomly disarrayed in front window and darkness make it look like it's not really open for business. And the head banger music didn't help.
