“Good, but Average Experience”
Reviewed December 8, 2012

The Pro's = Good service, good home-made potato chips, good sticky rice, good (not great) baby-back ribs, good/generous drinks, bar area is active and warm/welcoming.

The Con's = Something's missing with the decor in dining room area - feels empty, they need trees/plants/candles/new carpeting/window treatments to warm the area up, rear booths are very very dark; onion rings are not rings - they are pieces of chopped onion which have been breaded and fried so, they are below average. Fish and Chips are just average - more batter than fish, fries are so-so. No match to the Fish and Chips at Ebenezer's Pub in Lovell, ME. Ebenezer's fish & chips is my benchmark - amazing. The fish is thick and sweet - like eating a Filet Mignon. Cole slaw was fine.

We will return and try other items on the menu to check for consistency.

“Great food!”
Reviewed November 23, 2012 via mobile

Wonderful place with some great food. From burgers and sandwiches/panini to scallops and salmon. Good solid menu and everything we've had has always been great. Fun lively atmosphere. It can accommodate larger groups if you're traveling with lots of friends or family. Can be a little loud, so don't go if your looking for something with a more intimate setting. Go for a casual friendly boisterous evening. They also offer rides home in case you overindulge at the bar. Now, that's customer service!

“Good Family Restaurant”
Reviewed October 24, 2012

After over-indulging in lobster and clams during our summer vacation, Campfire Grille was a welcomed change of menu. It is a large, clean, family-style restaurant. Attentive service. Creative menu. We will return.

“Good dinner place”
Reviewed September 30, 2012

Well-themed restaurant for this area. Food was very good. The place stays busy, for a reason -- good food. Prices were reasonable, too.
