This is the third time we've stayed at this wonderful B&B and we've already booked for next year.

The location is wonderful and the Inn is just beautiful. The staff are just wonderful. It really is like visiting family. And the gourmet breakfasts are jus t so amazing, they're unbelievable!

Room Tip: They have some rooms that have more than one bed, so do check out the rooms on the website or contac...

We had great pleasure of spending 2 nights at Geenleaf Inn late Oct of this year and were extremely pleased with everything. The room with gas log fireplace was large with private balcony with view over harbor. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and prepared delicious homemade breakfast. The sitting room had woodburning fireplace which was available in evening with fresh coffee, friut and snacks for you to enjoy. Location is convenient to shopping and restaurants but quiet in evening when you want to relax and sleep. We could not have been more pleased and recommend it highly to anyone traveling to Boothbay Harbor.

Location was fantastic and the views of the Harbor were incredible. WE recently spent a great weekend in this beautiful Harbor Town. The room was clean and spacious and the deck had the most incredible view. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was spectacular with how fresh and tastful each meal was.
5 STAR You could not ask for more it was well worth it and would definately recommend staying here.

Located right on the harbor with great ocean views. Well appointed and comfortable rooms. Unlike many B&B's the walls were insulated enough to minimize noise and ensure privacy. Our room, number 7, was up an outside staircase with private entrance and a small landing/ balcony with a cozy table and chairs overlooking the water. Jeff is great host and Kim an amazing Chef. Our breakfasts were creative and plentiful. Kim also has an olive oil specialty food shop nearby. It is also worth a stop.

Room Tip: No swimming pool but nice hot tub. Not really room service, but snacks and beverages always availabl...

My wife & I recently had the great pleasure of staying for two nights at the Greenleaf Inn, Boothbay Harbour.

What else can I say about this wonderful B & B that hasn’t already been said . . . . . nothing I’m afraid! It’s all been said and I simply agree with all the previous positive comments.

We stayed in room 3 in the Greenleaf which was absolutely wonderful, warm, comforting and with a superb bathroom.

There are two properties, the other being the Admirals Quarters and all breakfasts are taken in the Greenleaf Inn. Which brings me to the breakfasts which are simply gourmet, prepared, served & cooked to order by Kim who is an imaginative and skilled cook. Before she serves your cooked breakfast there is fresh fruit and home made yogurt, also cheeses, hard-boiled eggs, pickled eggs, hummus, Danish pastries, homemade granola, breads, cereals as well as fresh squeezed orange juice. The first morning we were served a lovely Frittata with a small amount of peach/rice pudding on the side along with crispy bacon. Next day we had baked apple with cinnamon & brown sugar in a puff pastry case. . . . . breakfasts fit for a king! It is also the little things that made the difference, apart from the welcoming atmosphere, they have homemade biscuits out all the time along with coffee makers in both buildings.

If you have any special dietary requirements (which you can mention when booking) Kim can cater for anything from gluten-free to Kosher.

The property is well located within walking distance of several restaurants and the harbour but also very quiet. Over at the Admirals Quarters there is a lovely conservatory/sun room overlooking the harbour.

We would highly recommend this B&B to anyone interested in staying in Boothbay Harbour and we would definately stay here again.

Room Tip: Only stayed in one - room three in the Greenleaf Inn and it was everything we expected, excellent! I...

Jeff and Kim always make our group feel so welcome. They could not be more accomodating. The view is breathtaking, even on a cloudy day. The inn is a home away from home. Comfortable, spotless rooms, home-baked cookies when we arrive, and the most tasty breakfasts I've ever had.

We held our class reunion in Boothbay Harbor and my husband and I had the pleasure of staying at the Greenleaf Inn.while other classmates stayed in the neighboring Admiral's Quarters Inn just across the parking lot. Our room was immaculate and tastefully decorated and had a beautiful view of the harbor. While we were at breakfast the staff discreetly slipped in and made our bed and tidied the bathroom which we thought was very cool! Breakfast was awesome with tons of choices. Wonderful coffee, individually brewed in the Keurig machine and freshly squeezed OJ and choice of croissants, granola, raisin bread, rolls, muffins, etc. The staff also serves fresh fruit and a main dish. The first morning we had Pineapple Upside Down French Toast and the second morning we had a yummy Frittata (similiar to a quiche) with sausage and blueberry cobbler. Jeff and Kim are the innkeepers and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The inn is in a great location, close to shops and great restaurants. This was our first trip to Boothbay Harbor but certainly not our first B&B experience and we just loved this place!!!! There's also a hot tub so bring your bathing suit!

Room Tip: We stayed in room 3 in the Greenleaf. Go on line, figure out if you want a first floor room or on t...
