We were looking for Italian, after having our fill of lobster, clams and haddock over the past two days. We were told by our Inn Keeper that there was no Italian place in Boothbay Harbor so we chose to go to Kaler's. Unfortunately, they stopped serving at 8:30 and it was almost 9. Low and behold, right across the street was Ports of Italy; and they were open for dinner. We had a very nice meal with linguini carolina and a nice chianti. Just what we were looking for, and a good change of pace. The menu was extensive with lots of good choices for anti pasta as well as desserts. It is not on the harbor but still has good views from the upstairs dinning area.
