Clean, breakfast ok. Beds are small (knew they were only doubles on booking, not their fault), not super comfortable, but clean. Eco friendly, We stayed for the botanical gardens aglow, room was quite cool on arrival, but heated up fast. Actually was too warm overnight, again, not their fault. Didn't sleep well due to the heat and tried to nap at 8am before getting on the road but was directly above laundry and SUPER NOISY. If you have any interest in rest during the day and are above laundry, MOVE.More

Solid Motel
On a trip to see the Xmas lights at the Botanical Gardens we booked a night at this motel. Close to downtown but very quiet. Rooms are average but clean with good amenities, solid wifi and nice bathrooms.

Fine for a basecamp
We spent two nights at the Flagship Inn while helping a family member move, and the accommodations, although still not state of the art, are much better than they were 9 years ago. The room was comfortable and clean; the upgrade to lighter colors has helped a lot. The continental breakfast was more than ample - you could even get waffles with blueberries!

Very Enjoyable Stay
Flagship Inn is just down the road from the major area of Boothbay Harbor. My husband and I prefer not to be in the midst of all the activity so this hotel worked very well for us. We like this hotel so much that we actually came back to it after traveling back from the Bar Harbor area. Staff was very friendly. The complimentary breakfast is in a roomy building and it is serviced very well. We didn't not go in the pool but it checked it out and it is very well maintained. So if you dont mind a very short trip into town with more reasonable rates, this is the place for you.

A Good Clean Room
Hotel was nicely located within 10 minutes of town. The rooms were clean and bedding appeared to be okay. Breakfast was a typical free carb-loaded meal, it was adequate and held for several hours. Good for medium price.

The four corners
The room was nice and the coffee, always ready. The staff very helpful and my room was nicely cleaned everyday. It was in a good location to have a home base and still do a lot of site seeing. I would stay there again.
