Flagship Inn is just down the road from the major area of Boothbay Harbor. My husband and I prefer not to be in the midst of all the activity so this hotel worked very well for us. We like this hotel so much that we actually came back to it after traveling back from the Bar Harbor area. Staff was very friendly. The complimentary breakfast is in a roomy building and it is serviced very well. We didn't not go in the pool but it checked it out and it is very well maintained. So if you dont mind a very short trip into town with more reasonable rates, this is the place for you.More
