This motel has been around for a while and could use an update in the rooms. Friendly staff and nice breakfast which is well supervised. We had a minor problem with rooms but it was resolved quickly. Convenient location. More

Very nice place!
Nice location with huge breakfast room in separate building, picnic tables to lounge at, and chairs outside each room. It was right next door to Carousel Theatre where you can dine with great entertainment!

Bucket List Trip
Booking.com screwed up the dates of our reservation, but the manager at Flagship Inn was so gracious & honored my confirmation dates & price. Staff was great. Continental breakfast was very good. Great location so we could walk most places.

Great location
This hotel is located minutes from picturesque Boothbay Harbor. The grounds are very well
Maintained and the rooms are very clean. There is a breakfast available(boiled eggs, cereal, bagels , English muffins, waffles, coffee, tea, juice). Prices are very reasonable considering close proximity to Boothbay. Will definitely return.

Over night stop over
Went on a road trip to Nova Scotia and had to stop on our way back to CT... ( we go to road trips a few times a year so we are well informed with the best places/hotels to stay). This inn is super great. They are pet friendly which is a plus since I'm traveling with my yorkies! The price is so reasonable, huge comfortable bed, the room is impeccable and well equipped with microwave, ref and coffee maker and the bathroom was clean with toiletries.. It's close to everything in downtown boothbay.. I would stay here again.. And... They they had a welcome doggie bowl with toy and treats!! It's awesome!!

Very clean, and friendly service
We had a King Room, which had the usual amenities, and an incredibly huge bed. The room was well-kept and orderly. The Flagship is within easy walking distance to the Harbour Center. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the HarbourFest was in full-swing, which made the town one continuous party. Very nice stay, and we'll stay here again.
