At the tugboat Inn restaurant, you enter through an actual 100 year old converted tugboat, and then proceed to a dining room overlooking the harbor. We had a very nice salad and bowls of thick, creamy and delicious lobster chowder, with hot rolls. This was the perfect meal for this rainy evening. Service was a bit sketchy and slow, but the food was excellent. The menu offerings are quite limited compared to some of the other restaurants in the harbor, but if you want a sure bet for lobster stew, you won't go wrong.
