Erin's is a delight! Breakfasts are always excellent. Eggs, pancakes, waffles, sausage, bacon, etc. are cooked to perfection. The coffee is top grade. I ate breakfast there 4 days in a row. For lunch try their Lamb and Bison Stew. It's just great. Have it with their country rye bread. Their hamburgers are huge and looked delicious. The locals eat there.

Staffed by all women - they are a welcoming, friendly, and efficient bunch.
Erin's is a unique small town eatery in the hills of Maine and the experience is well worth the price of a meal. I expected to see Jimmy Stewart walk in.

While driving a scenic foliage vacation, we stumbled upon Erin's Cafe in Bethel Maine. What a find!. The building doesn't look like much from the outside but the home made food and soup was better than could be found in the most expensive restaurants anywhere. I had the tomato, basil, red pepper soup and my wife had seafood chowder with home made bread. All I can say, if you are in the area stop in an amazing lunch.

This just opened late last spring-taking over space from a former coffee shop/bakery that had odd hours. Located on Bethel's main drag, this is a welcome addition to the Bethel breakfast/lunch dining scene. It is located in an old farm house, so seating arrangements are a bit eclectic, but bakery items and breakfast menu is excellent. Also have sandwich/lunch menu to go, but sandwich selection is still a bit limited-breakfast is the best option here.
