I love Sunday River, but hate the rental process. Two weeks ago it took 65 minutes to rent equipment. They installed a new piece of software and were quite apologetic, so I let it pass.
Yesterday, it took 47 minutes to rent. There were 3 cash registers, where they had room for 5. 2 of the 3 were working intermittently. Sunday River IT please note- Don't follow Target's IT department, invest in a couple of more cash registers and don't make your customers stand in line for an hour.
If I go back to Sunday River and they have rectified this situation I will remove this review as the rest of the rental experience (fitting boots, getting skis was excellent)
