Description: Every morning look for a variety of items to start your day. We serve egg and cheese based breakfast sandwiches and burritos, as well as baked items from local bakeries. We offer a fantastic selection of organic and fair trade coffees from local vendors in a variety of different roasts as well as organic and fair trade teas. Eggs, bagels, breads, gluten free breads, and tofu are all locally laid or made. On weekends the deli offers breakfast from 8:00am to 10:45am. The breakfast menu is an expansion of our breakfast offerings during the week including eggs any way, omelets, home fries, breakfast burritos, huevos rancheros, and a daily breakfast special. All selections are or can be made vegan or gluten-free. In addition to our standing menu, the deli crew is always busy cooking up specials, hot entrees, pizza, burritos, and soups to wow the imagination. Utilizing organic and local vegetables, local breads, clean meats, and natural and organic raw ingredients, the deli strives to offer the healthiest mix of good food around. Have to grab something on the go? No worries...we've got you covered. Choose something from our service or grab n' go cases. These items are meant to be quick, easy, and nutritious. We've got something for everyone and it always hits the spot!

This is a coop, plain and simple, not fancy, and cafeteria style. That said, the food was very good at a reasonable price and a colorful clientele. Outside seating if desired, but it's adjacent to the parking lot, so nothing scenic. The store is wonderful - they offer locally raised meats and produce, as well as cheese, and organic/raw items. Loved it!

What a terrific place this is...especially for locavores! Local farmers, bakers and other artisan's provide delicious offerings at decent prices...everything is SO fresh and delicious. Bring a cooler with you so you can bring some Maine freshness home with you

We buy most of our groceries at this vendor, which offers a good variety of organic, gluten free, and locally sourced food. The fish counter has superior seafood but not much choice. There is a good cafe with lots of local color, handouts about everything from the benefits of vegetarian diets to the latest goings on in town, and wonderful food. There also is a wide variety of natural beauty products and pet foods.

Loved the small cafe where we were able to grab a quick bowl of soup that was very good and get on our way quickly enough to not be late.

To start, I ordered the walnut burger and loved it, in fact I will go so far to say it was the best veggie burger I have ever tasted. Loaded with a huge selection of organic toppings, chips and a pickle wedge, my lunch was next to perfect. I guess being on one of the sailboats in the nearby picturesque harbor would have made it perfect.

The cafe is part of a larger grocery co op which sells local food, all natural of course, bulk items and you can even make your own peanut butter.

This is a great place to stop for lunch and pick up groceries.
