We stayed here about a month ago while visiting mid-coast Maine and found it to be a wonderful place. The manager is the greatest. He was so nice. On the day we arrived it was rather cold (especially if you're from TX) and I called and asked for additional blankets and he sent them up immediately. He also asked if we would like a space heater and he sent that also. It warmed up the room very nicely. The room was very, very clean and comfortable. We have two dogs and they are welcome here. Plus it's a great place for them to play; there's a huge field of grass that goes right down to the water. The views are wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

REALLY enjoyed our stay there. 2nd floor rooms overlooking the harbor were worth the premium we paid. The rooms were clean and the staff was great. The breakfast area was a little overrun with guests (and the food was marginal), but overall, we were delighted with out stay! The manager also recommended a restaurant out back for dinner - Nautilus - which we highly recommend. All-in-all a good stay

While staying at the hotel, I needed accommodation for significant business calls I had to make during my stay. The staff did everything to assist me with my needs and all with a smile. The rooms were perfect and were exactly what I needed.

On our way to Acadia, we always stop in Belfast for a night. We have found our permanent place to stay for this trip! Our room was a perfect room for the price. We enjoyed a dip in the pool before walking next door for a delicious meal at an affordable price! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Thanks for making our pit stop comfortable!

This fairly standard moderately-priced motel has a pleasant location just a grassy walk from the water, about a five-minute drive from the attractive and interesting town of Belfast. The bayside rooms have a bay view and no highway noise, so try to get a room on that side if you can. Our room appeared to be recently redecorated, except it still had an old-style TV (i.e., not HD). The bathroom was small, but there was a separate lavatory area. There is a new restaurant next door (Nautilus Seafood & Grill) that we enjoyed very much, although we also ate at Darby's - Belfast's oldest pub-restaurant - one evening.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the back (bay) side.

I'm a total hotel snob from a large city. Trust me, you will be ok at this value option. Nice view, pool is nice (but cold) and rooms are clean and comfortable.

We stayed here because it has great rates and a good view of the bay. The room was clean and neat and the view wonderful, but the room was like an ice box. It was a cold snap in April and the room never got over 66 degrees. We turned the heat up and it never made a difference. I think the hotel must have had it turned down for the season already, but it was freezing in the room. I would stay in the summer again but not in other seasons as it was just way too cold.
