“Glorious evening”
Reviewed October 21, 2013

We had the pleasure of spending our fourth anniversary sailing on Penobscot Bay aboard the "Miss Nina." It was a beautiful autumn evening and the scenery was gorgeous, plus we got to see harbor seals and porpoises. Our hosts were gracious and knowledgeable, and Amy makes a mean vegetarian "crab cake." It was a great experience, but get directions before you leave because the cell service in the Belfast area is spotty at best.

“A Great Evening”
Reviewed June 17, 2013

I, my wife and two good friends recently had the pleasure being the first guests for the 2013 season aboard Miss Nina. We chose the sunset dinner cruise, and it was indeed a joyful evening from every viewpoint.
The boat is gorgeous - 60+ feet in length, spacious and roomy with a commodious cabin for dinner, and meticulously maintained. The sailing experience itself was stable, smooth and easy, despite some relatively active winds.
Dan and Amy worked as a well-oiled team, starting from the moment the boat left the dock and all sails were set. Once underway, Amy prepared a delicious fish dinner in the galley, while Dan proceeded to regale us with tales of the boats unusual history.
Overall a superb experience orchestrated by two exemplary hosts!

“An unforgettable Maine moment”
Reviewed July 23, 2012

My husband and I treated our three children to a cruise on the Miss Nina while visiting Belfast for a few days. What a beautiful boat! Pristine, comfortable, and spacious. And Amy and Dan were easy to talk to, full of local stories and sailing adventures, and always attentive to great service- including making the boat and safety first. If what you're after is a quiet moment, a romantic date or quiet meditative sail, I have no doubt they'll make the appropriate space for that. Whatever inspires you to consider a sail while in Maine, don't hesitate- this is your company! We'll definitely be back!

“Wonderful Evening!!”
Reviewed July 12, 2012

We had a wonderful outing on Miss Nina, hosted by Amy and Dan. They are fantastic hosts and the Miss Nina is a beautiful boat. Amy prepares a very tasty dinner in a small galley on board while Dan tends the sails and gives a histroy of the Nina. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed a splendid sunset as we returned. We highly reccommend the Miss Nina!

“Excellent sailing!”
Reviewed June 11, 2012

This is a great thing to do while you are in Belfast. Dan and Amy have refurbished a 60 foot wooden ketch and made it into a gorgeous sailboat. We have now taken two dinner cruises with them - we liked the first one so much that we did it again the next time we were in town! The food is delicious and Dan and Amy are not only expert sailors but a delightful young couple.
