“Excellent food and service; jazz on Friday evenings”
Reviewed October 26, 2010

We enjoyed our food tremendously (simple and delicious haddock and fantastic flatiron steak) and the service was prompt, and not rushed. When we were ready, our dishes were picked up. When we wanted to spend some time before dessert on finishing our wine and enjoying the jazz vocals, we were perfectly accommodated.
A place we will definitely return.

“Good solo spot”
Reviewed October 6, 2010

Good was good. I had the flatbread. Should have had something else. It was good but a bit plain and expensive for what I got. The desserts on the table nearby looked very good. I would go again.

“Best restaurant in Bath”
Reviewed September 19, 2010

It''s the best non-steak house restaurant in Bath. The quiet keyboard background enhanced the red pepper potato soup and the tasty salads. The five spice seared scallops were large and tender; the unusually thick lamb chops done just right. The fruit tart was delicious and the rice pudding with bluberries almost more than one could eat. The best thing that has come to Bath in years.

“Fresh ingredients, great service”
Reviewed July 29, 2010

This was a great little place! There's also a wine bar downstairs. We got there just before they stopped serving - about 8:30pm. The ingredients were all very fresh and delicious. The bread came with lemon-coriander butter that was the perfect spreadable temperature. My boyfriend really enjoyed his scallops and would have licked his plate if no one had been watching. We had vodka-infused peach sorbet for dessert. Very refreshing and light. The service was excellent - attentive without being obnoxious.

“We dined on a Wednesday night and there...”
Reviewed July 11, 2010

We dined on a Wednesday night and there was a wonderful energy in the dining rooms. The staff was very attentive and efficient. The appetizers were wonderfully prepared, the fish cakes were delicious with a super tomato relish. The flat iron steaks were cooked perfectly and were accompanied by kale and perfectly spiced mashed potatoes. The scallop entree dusted with 5 spice were out of this world, again, perfectly prepared and presented. The lobster risotto that our out of town guest tried was again delicious with a generous amount of lobster. We plan on returning many times. Highly recommend !!
