We stayed here twice, each time for one night, about 10 days apart. The first time was an extremely disappointing experience. We arrived for our late check in and the girl at the desk was grumpy and unhelpful. That wasn't really a big deal until we requested a crib for our 1 year old and she told us that the only person with a key to the room with cribs had left and there was nothing she could do. If that wasn't bad enough the manager told us the next morning that she DID in fact have keys. He was very helpful and let us know he would make things right. My husband was handling the situation so I'm not sure what has become of that.
The next stay, 10 days later, was better. The people were more helpful but overall I was unimpressed with the cleanliness. The ledges on the bathroom were very dusty and the grout was really dirty. Like other reviews have said the hotel is a bit dated but that's not a problem for me if it's kept clean. There is a definite smoke smell in the hall ways it just felt as though cleaning had been rushed and skimped on instead of done thoroughly. If each room got a their ought cleaning including carpets and grout it would be much improved...but honestly how hard is it to wipe down all of the surfaces in the bathroom?
I have stayed often at Ramada, love their pool and service, but when they started including breakfast, I didn't expect one that would do any 5 star hotel proud( lovely buffet with eggs, hash browns, pancakes or French toast, bacon or sausage, yogurt etc etc. Their renovations are finished and they are very accommodating.I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Thank you for posting such great feedback. We take a ton of pride offering a great breakfast, with a great service staff, at absolutely zero cost to the customer. Our servers have over 50 years of breakfast serving experience. They would never tolerate a sub par product being made available to our customers. They work the buffet line without interruption while the restaurant is open to guarantee freshness, quality and quantity.
We have had hundreds, maybe thousands of customers thank us for giving them and their familiy a free breakfast. We started the program this summer. Due to the fantastic positive feedback we have received, we plan to keep offering it for a while.
