This was the first time that TripAdvisor reviews did not work for me. We were not comfortable here. The neighborhood was not good. The Ramada across the road had a rowdy night club that was visited nightly by police. From the Holiday Inn, you could hear yelling and arguments taking place.
This Holiday Inn just felt "tired." There are not enough elevators for such a sprawling hotel, the hallways were hot and musty, the carpet was dirty, the pillows were awful and the bathroom was the smallest I'd ever seen. Our original plan was to stay for seven nights, but we checked out early and moved to the brand new Hampton Inn by the mall. The rate was $5 less per night, plus breakfast was included. The difference between these two properties was night and day.
