This is a very nice Holiday Inn. It is modern and very clean. It has a beautiful pool. The service was great. I needed eye drops, because of the pool's chlorine, and the lady at the desk gladly gave us a pint bottle of eye wash. The room was nice too. The price was a little steep, but it was worth it. A perfect location for people going on a flight from Bangor. Also, a great restaurant in the hotel.

This hotel was clean and comfortable with helpfull and friendly staff. Yes the hotel is undergoing renovation, but this did not affect our stay whatsoever. If I had not read that they were under renovation, I would never have known. The room was very modern and clean. The pool area was very nice with a hot tub. They have a fitness center in the building and also provide free admission to the gym next door.

Stayed here one night while on a New England and Canada tour with family (wife and sons 11 & 8) before heading to Acadia National Park. This appears to be a relatively old Holiday Inn - decent sized rooms. The property is undergoing renovations, which should help. Everything in the room was clean and in good working order. If you can get a good rate and need a reliable place to stay, this will work, especially if you are trying to earn or use Priority Club points. Didn't use the indoor pool, but water was pretty cold. Didn't eat at the restaurant, so can't comment on it. There is a Dunkin Donuts right next door in case that interests you.

I stayed at this holiday inn for over a month. All the while dealing with their "renovation". To keep it honest and remove all feelings from this review I will report on the facts only. The crew doing construction live on the third floor. They do not present anything resembling cleanliness or professionalism. The floors are filthy. There are construction materials all over the parking lot and lining the halls on the first floor.
The rooms. I moved into three separate rooms during my time here. They were all small and poorly lit. The carpet was worn and grimy. The Windows had clouds.
I have gone on long enough about this. The topper was the day I was leaving I was walking out to my car luggage in tow. And what do I find, but a tow truck dragging my truck out of the parking lot. They were about to resuface the parking lot and were dragging all of the cars to the edge of the property. After sharing a few choice words with the tow truck operator I found that he was only doing his job and wasnt responsible for not notifying me of the move. I then went to office for an explanation only to find that they hadn't notified anyone of the action. Complete amateurs. Do not stay here.

Everyone I met here was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is an old holiday inn - so old there isnt even a fire sprinkler system in the rooms (only reason that I wouldnt stay there again or recommend it but no fire sprinkler in a multi story hotel isnt acceptable today).
The hotel itself is being renovated with new baths and flat screen tv's and it might be nice when they are finished. Very close to the airport.

Everything was fine. I had a very big room just like in the hotel website. It was well furnished, with a nice decor including a flat panel TV. The bed was very comfortable with quality linens, and I slept very well. Heat worked quietly, and the internet worked fine. I think some renovations are still going on...

The clerk at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to others. This was a priceline reservation and I received good value.
