We came here for dinner after reading all the positive reviews on TA and left disappointed, it was a decidedly mixed bag. My scallops were decent but pretty rubbery, my wife's haddock chowder tasted like they ran low and added water, and my daughter's spaghetti was overcooked and flavorless. On the positive side the sweet chili chicken wings were really good, and the chicken parm was moist. It sounds like breakfast might be more of their specialty, if we go back it won't be for dinner.

Who would ever think a truckstop style restaurant would have five star food. The portions are unreal. The service was outstanding. Very reasonable price on everything. A must stop!

We have eaten at Dysarts 3 times during a 7 day visit in the area. Love the food, the value, the staff and even the atmosphere. Very down to rather and friendly. Karen from Oregon

Our visit started off on a bad note as we were told to sit anywhere, but there weren't any clean tables to sit at. Our visit improved with the table service and food. Fried clams were very fresh and our server was friendly, efficient and fun.

After reading all the trip advisor reviews we decided to go for a nice homey meal.....well the entree was good and the rest of the food and service were terrible. We opted to go to what seemed to be a newer location for this restaurant located on 1110 Broadway. When we arrived, we were a bit confused. This restaurant is attached to a gas station. It was ok inside but no ambience at all. It was a slow Wednesday night with only 6 other patrons in the bar and still the service was terrible and we received lots of apologies but what happened to us should not have happened. We ordered beverages from the bar and it took about 10 minutes to receive them, remember we were seated in pub/bar area! I ordered a hot chocolate as it was freezing in the bar and it arrived 12 - 14 minutes later, after I reminded the server. The first serving was just colored water and then needed to wait a while to get her attention to send it back. After 10 more minutes, a new cup arrived along with a story of how the server argued with another staff member that she knew it wasnt right the first time! We each ordered a chicken pot pie. Again, we waited about 40 minutes for our entree. Not sure what happened. Pot pies were good, side dishes were not edible, and it took us 1.5 hours for a simple dinner at a truck stop. Something is very wrong here.
