Decent breakfast, not much else to brag about beyond dessert. Good spot to bring the kids for weekend breakfast and enjoy the train. If you don't have kids, way too loud.

We tried this restaurant for breakfast on the advice of the locals. The restaurant is older with very dated decor, including tables which were not overly clean. We found the restaurant to be busy this time of day, which showed in the lack of service. When the coffee was finally served, it was warm, not hot. We asked our server what the homefries were like prior to ordering, and she said they were the best in the City, which, if that is so, I'd recommend no one order them anywhere! The breakfast itself was very greasy, which was served with deep fried potatoes (more like french fries) being passed off as homefries. The toast was cold and soggy. The pancake order was small, and slightly overcooked. The prices didn't appear to be high at first glance when placing the order, but considering the quality, it was not good value.

We decided to give this place a try. Reminded me of a cafeteria, with old tables and booths. Very noisy. Extensive menu with decent prices, but the one thing I picked, they were out of. The waitress told me "you're lucky you weren't here last night, we were out of more stuff than we had." My husband's roast turkey dinner was Stove top stuffing and canned gravy over very good turkey. My broiled scallops were very nice. We won't hurry back.
