It's a tourist town with ocean views ......The rooms are small.....The toilets are cheap so you had to flush two or three times....The rooms were clean.....Walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors television.....Very nice restaurant within walking distance of hotel. The hotel has a free continental breakfast. Rooms are $169 for two people...WWith two people you keep bumping into each other.....

Room Tip: any second floor room is the best

Great place and staff, would definitely return! Loved the muffins and the scenery. Fantastic location close to lots of great walks and food, and love the bridge nearby. Such a fun part of the U.S. and very relaxing.

Location, location, location! We so enjoyed sitting on the porch and having our coffee and muffin every morning. And I must say the beds were a surprise as they were NOT your average "hard as a board" things I usually find in motels. They were the best beds I've slept in while traveling. Everyone was so friendly. We stayed 3 nights and decided to spend a 4th but they were booked. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!
Just one caveat and this only applies in very hot weather, there is no A/C in the rooms but we had 2 fans. We were lucky we only had to use them the 1st 24 hours and then the weather shifted.

Room Tip: 2cnd floor has a balcony with chairs and a magnificent view!

This is a very simple, bare-bones motel with the most amazing location! It is family-owned, and the owners live on site. They are lovely and want to please. The rooms are very simple; no frills here. Also, NO AIR CONDITIONING. On a hot night, the rooms are stuffy and uncomfortable. There are old- fashioned fans, however. Coffee, juice, fresh muffins, yogurt and cereal available in the a.m. The value here is the location! It is almost surrounded by water! They even have a kayak for guests to use!

Room Tip: Second floor room the best!

We were excited to stay here after reading the reviews. Our one-night stay was fine but nothing special stood out to us. The room was clean but not luxurious. One of the beds had rollers under it, so every time I turned over in bed, it pushed away from the wall. Our upstairs neighbors graced us with their presence with a lot of noise until way past midnight. You definitely know the walls are thin. The owners are very friendly folks.
