I really enjoyed our side trip from Portland to see this bridge. The crib stone bridge connects Orr Island and Bailey Island. It is apparently the only bridge of its kind in existence.
We walked on the little beach below the bridge on the Bailey Island side, collected some sea glass and examined the bridge up close.Very interesting! We finished our visit with the Lobster special at Morse's,really delicious!
