We dine at Francois' at least once a month. My favorite dish is blackened tuna with crawfish sauce. The potatoes are plentiful and tasty; the vegetables are crisp and delicious. The small house salad is fresh Romaine. I have never had less than good service - the staff is very busy busy seating customers, waiting tables, and clearing tables - as the servers are always cheerful. When I have room, the dessert selections are plentiful. The wine selection is limited but from a good vintner.
